Debbie is a true Northern Neck girl having lived in the Northern Neck her entire life.  Debbie's family entered the real estate business specializing in Northern Neck properties when she was only 3 years old.  Their first office was an addition added on to their home where she would entertain her father’s clients while he was busy.  Those early years of being around the real estate business must have rubbed off because she decided to become a licensed Realtor at the age of 19 and soon thereafter started a real estate appraisal business with a co-worker in their office.  She has been a full-time Realtor and Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser ever since.  She has found over the years that both of these specialties in the real estate business complement each other nicely giving her an expertise and insight that few others have in the area.

In addition to her real estate career, she takes pride in being active in fundraising activities for Callao Volunteer Fire Department where her husband has been an active member for over 40 years.  She is also a director of Callao Hometown Community Association, an organization formed to promote the area and who are actively working towards building a community park for Northumberland County and surrounding communities.  She also enjoys helping in her church.  In her spare time, she enjoys water activities including paddle boarding and kayaking and just being outside enjoying all that our beautiful Northern Neck has to offer.

Although growing up outside of Richmond, Jessie was fortunate to have his Grandparents place situated on Glebe Point where he spend summers, fall oyster roasts, and cold winter hunts in the NNK.  As an avid outdoorsmen paired with his family’s deep roots around the area, Jesse has always had a strong appreciation of the Northern Neck heritage and admiration of small businesses that support the local economy.  With that said, he stepped off the corporate construction management ladder, and moved to the NNK full time in August of 2023 to pursue a career in Real Estate; making him a 3rd generation Realtor.  With his knowledge and love for the NNK, paired with his proven track record of a strong work-ethic, ambition, and eagerness to help others, would be just a few points to describe the dedication he has when working with his clients – whether buying, or selling.
 

Robert G. "Bobby" VanLandingham

Robert “Bobby” is a lifelong resident of Northumberland County who started his real estate business in 1971.  He has specialized in not only selling properties throughout the Northern Neck and surrounding areas but also property development as well.  He has had the pleasure of developing many communities and properties throughout the area over his long career.  You will be hard pressed to find anyone with his level of knowledge about the real estate business in the Northern Neck.

In addition to being a real estate broker for over 50 years, Bobby also has a passion for the farm industry which began in his childhood growing up on a family farm.  He continues to farm some of the land his family farmed during his childhood.

Bobby also gives back to his community by being a faithful member and deacon of his church and Gideons International.  He has served in the past on the Northumberland County Zoning Appeals Board and currently serves on the Northumberland County Wetlands Board and Northern Neck Soil & Water Conservation District Board along with being a member of Young Farmers.
